2024 Mid-Year Convening

GEAR UP NC’s Mid-Year convening is an opportunity to support GEAR UP partners and our continued commitment to college access and success for GEAR UP students. To register for the event, click the link below!

The GEAR UP Mid-Year Convening aims to:

Increase awareness of all GEAR UP partners and programs
Identify GEAR UP practices that close gaps in the college enrollment pipeline
Illustrate strategies that enhance access and retention of GEAR UP students

Convening Details:

Attendees who live 2 hours from the McKimmon Center qualify for a hotel room (expenses covered by GEAR UP NC)
Parking is FREE at the McKimmon Center
Breakfast and lunch will be provided
Are you a teacher? GEAR UP NC will cover the cost of a sub to cover your class so you can attend the convening!
Are you a college adviser? GEAR UP NC will cover your mileage! Chat with your director for more information.
