Christine Ngeve serves as the GEAR UP Success Coach at the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Shaw University, a Master of Social Work from North Carolina State University, and is currently pursuing a PsyD in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Arizona Global Campus.
With a strong foundation in social work and a passion for student development, she brings a holistic, person-centered approach to her work with first-year students. By understanding the biopsychosocial aspects of their experiences, she helps students navigate the academic, social, and emotional transitions of college life.
Her experience as a mental health therapist and founder of Peak Potential Journey equips her to provide tailored support, focusing on academic coaching, goal-setting, and building resilience. She is committed to empowering first-year students to unlock their potential, develop confidence, and lay a strong foundation for success at North Carolina A&T and beyond.
